A new educational trail in a fantastic location - on the peninsula separating the Black and White Lackai lakes. The 8 km track offers a leisurely walk full of wonderful views. In some places, Ščiūris horn narrows, so you can see the waters of Baltoj and Juodoj lakes, which meet at the end of the peninsula. The Cibaragis peninsula of extraordinary beauty located here can also be called a real diamond of nature. The uniqueness of Ščiūris horn is also given by the natural heritage object growing at the beginning of the peninsula - the double-trunked pine. This trail is distinguished by its unique location: nowhere else in Lithuania is there such a peninsula between two lakes. It is a narrow stretch of land, washed by waters on both sides. It is also part of the Labanor forest, so there is definitely no shortage of natural magic there. The cognitive trail of the rat's horn is like getting to know the spirit of Labanor's forest - the Lackey. The stands of this horn's educational trail are designed to be interesting not only for adults, but also for children. A kind of microclimate is created in Ščiūris Horn, which is suitable for the growth of unusual and even rare plants of the Labanor forest recorded in the Red Book. Here you can see short-eared cormorants, great toothed cormorants, great cormorants, gray herons, many species of ducks and the eagle that has become the symbol of Labanor Forest.
