Educational program "Sauerkraut stewed in the oven with pork"

Stewed sauerkraut with pork is a traditional Highland dish. During the education at the Ethnographic Homestead, you will taste sauerkraut with neck, freshly roasted in the oven, which you will enjoy with fresh homemade bread. In this education, you will hear a story about the most popular Highland dishes and their specialties. We will present dishes characteristic of other regions (Žemaitija, Suvalkija, Dzūkija and Little Lithuania), and we will compare what makes each region unique.
