The mound is ~0.5 km northeast of the village, on the west shore of Lake Kamanis. Equipped in a large hill. On the West, the mound reaches nearby hills. There are cultural remnants in the upper site. Hand molded, lined and smooth ceramics were found. The mound was being plowed, the remains of the fortifications are not visible. The ancient settlement of Bendžiukai is ~0,1 km northwest of the mound. The settlement has been arable for a long time. In 1988 on the surface of the cultural layer hand molded, lined, and rough ceramics, iron slag and burnt stones from the I millennia were found.
