All travelers who want to discover and get to know Lithuania or simply relax are welcome in Balninkai – a town located 20 km northwest of Molėtai, near Lakes Alaušai and Piršėnas.
The unique composition of landscapes, forests, lakes, hills and valleys, and its unique history always attract many nature, entertainment and nature lovers. For active recreation: fishing, a multifunctional sports field, educational excursions around Balninkai along a set route, activities at the Balninkai Glass Museum and art gallery. The modern beach at Lake Alaušai, together with a children's playground, is suitable for meetings, events, and picnics.

Educational programs "Painting on Glass". These are educational programs full of concentration, positive emotions and good mood for children, adults and families.
During "Painting on Glass", participants will learn about the history of glass from its origins to the present day, modern glass decoration methods and techniques, and, immersed in the creative process, will create a souvenir from glass for themselves.
Groups of 6 or more participants are accepted. It is preferable that the group is no larger than 30 people.

There is a possibility to organize external education. The cost of external education is 10 Eur.
Educational program "Aukštaičiai cuisine - for the table of kings"
This program for children and adults is not only a great way to get acquainted with the culinary heritage of the Eastern Aukštaitija region with foreign friends, but also a leisure time while cooking together. Participants will prepare their own dishes and then taste the Aukštaitija dish they have prepared themselves.
Duration: 90 minutes
Groups of 10 or more participants are accepted. It is preferable that the group consists of no more than 30 people.
The price of the program for 1 adult is 12 EUR, for groups of schoolchildren and kindergarten children – 10 EUR.
The prices of educational programs include all materials needed for creativity or food preparation, as well as a visit to the museum. Guide services are free of charge.
For those who wish, we offer a tasting of Aukštaitė dishes and a tour of the museum. You will taste 4 Aukštaitė dishes.
