Educational programs "Painting on glass", "From wool to thread". These are educational programs for children, adults and families full of positive emotions, concentration, and a good mood.
During the "Painting on glass" education, participants will get to know the history of glass from its origins to the present day, modern ways and techniques of glass decoration, and immerse themselves in the creative process to create a glass souvenir for themselves.
During the "From wool to thread" education, participants will learn how wool turns into thread, what wool processing methods were used by our ancestors; get acquainted with spinning tools, their history and possibilities of use; will learn to spin with the oldest spinning tool, the spindle.
Groups of participants from 6 people are accepted. It is preferable that the group is no larger than 30 people.

Educational program "Aukštaitija dishes – for the royal table"
This program for children and adults is not only a great way to get to know the culinary heritage of the Eastern Aukštaitija region together with foreign friends, but also an opportunity to cook together. The participants will prepare the dishes themselves, and then they will taste the Aukštaitija region dishes they made.
Duration: 90 min
Groups of participants from 10 people are accepted. It is preferable that the group consists of no more than 26 people.
The price of the program is 10 eur. for 1 person, 8 eur. for groups of schoolchildren and kindergarteners.
The prices of the educational programs include all materials needed for creativity or food production, as well as visiting the museum. The service of the guide is free of charge.
For those who wish, we offer a tasting of Aukštaitija dishes and a tour of the museum. You will try 4 Aukštaitija dishes. During the Christmas period, we offer a tasting of “Kūčios aukštaitiškai”.
