A spacious homestead, located in the Molėtai district, on the Virinų Lake peninsula, is designed for both quiet relaxation and events. Its own pine forest (on the homestead territory), 500 m of coastline and an island located in front of the homestead windows will leave an indelible impression on guests. In 2025, a new banquet-conference hall was installed on the homestead. It is possible to organize banquets, buffets, and conferences here. New rooms (50 seats) have been equipped for overnight stays, and the homestead with overnight stays can accommodate up to 115 people. Most of the rooms have private toilets, showers, and a view of the lake. In favorable weather conditions, the large homestead territory can be used for various outdoor games, water pleasures, and other entertainment, to build trampolines, tents, stages, and organize photo shoots. The homestead has a sauna - in a separate house with a porch, toilets, showers, and a terrace on the shore of the lake itself. Next to the sauna there is a huge hot tub with a bottom burner. There are also beach volleyball and basketball courts, a boat dock and a footbridge. The entire territory of the homestead is closed, well lit after dark, there are parking lots (also suitable for buses), good access all year round. We can arrange catering for holidays.
