The homestead is situated on the bank of the lake Siesartis. A luxurious building intended for couples or families of two people. It has two bathrooms, a kitchen with all equipment and utensils, a sauna, two fireplaces, TV, music centre, and a courtyard with garden furniture. Near the lake, there is another cottage with two rooms (with a kitchen), which can accommodate 6 persons. There is a fridge, gas stove and TV. The homestead also has basketball, volleyball playgrounds, barbecue kettles with all accessories.
